Our services

Pulsar Strategies provides website design and development, SEO, paid advertising management, social media management, ad design, app development, business strategy and consulting, and self-paced online courses through Pulsar Academy. Specific project scope, deliverables, and pricing for client engagements are defined in a separate proposal or agreement.

Course access and payment

Paid courses and bundles are billed at the time of purchase. Upon successful payment, you receive access to the corresponding course content for as long as the course remains available on our platform. Course purchases are governed by the refund terms communicated at the time of sale.

Client services and proposals

Client work — including projects, proposals, and invoices — is governed by the specific terms of the accepted proposal or signed agreement for that engagement, in addition to these Terms. Invoices are due according to the payment terms stated on each invoice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website or services, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data, interfering with normal operation of the site, or using our services for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property
